A request that needs extended review, or new pages, sections, forms, integrations, redesigns, or bulk rewrites, is scoped and approved before any extra charge.
No. A job request goes to your existing, approved provider. Custom CRM/dispatch builds, APIs, automated messaging, and new inquiry-content processing are not included. A broken website link is covered website work; a failure inside a phone carrier or outside request provider remains that provider's responsibility.
