Consulting inquiries

Information submitted through the inquiry form is used to assess and respond to your request, prepare for a fit call, and maintain necessary business records. It is not added to a marketing list or sold.

Service providers

The form uses Vercel to process the request, Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent automated abuse, Resend to deliver email, and Cal.com for scheduling when you choose to book. Each provider processes limited information needed to perform that function under its own terms.

Analytics

The site uses Google Analytics to understand page and conversion activity. Names, emails, companies, and inquiry text are not sent as analytics event parameters.

Retention and requests

Inquiry emails and related business records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for the potential engagement, legal obligations, and ordinary business administration. To request access, correction, or deletion, email iam@gabrielfenton.com.

Security and scope

Reasonable technical safeguards are used, but no internet transmission is guaranteed to be completely secure. Do not submit secrets, credentials, regulated data, or information you are not authorized to share.
