Information collected
When you book a call
Cal.com collects the information shown in its booking flow, such as your name, email address, selected time, and the answers you provide to booking questions. That information is used to schedule and prepare for the conversation.
When you browse the site
Google Analytics receives website-usage information such as page interactions, session statistics, approximate location, and browser or device information. Its default web implementation uses a first-party _ga cookie to distinguish users and sessions. Names, email addresses, company names, and booking responses are not intentionally sent as analytics event parameters.
How information is used
- Schedule the call you request.
- Prepare for the conversation and assess potential consulting fit.
- Communicate about the booking or a possible engagement.
- Understand how people use the site and which pages lead to bookings.
- Maintain ordinary business, tax, security, and legal records where required.
Booking details are not sold, rented, or added to an automated marketing sequence.

Limited information is processed by services used to operate the site. Their own notices explain their processing in more detail, and information may be processed outside your country.

Service detailsRetention
Booking details and related business records are kept only as long as reasonably needed to prepare for the conversation, evaluate the opportunity, communicate about a potential engagement, administer any resulting work, meet legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. Information no longer needed for those purposes is deleted or de-identified where reasonably possible.
Analytics and provider records follow the configured settings and retention practices of the relevant service.
Your choices and requests
You may ask what booking information is held about you, request correction or deletion, or object to further use by emailing iam@gabrielfenton.com. Some information may need to be retained where required for legal, accounting, security, or dispute-resolution purposes. Identity may need to be verified before fulfilling a request.
You can restrict or delete cookies through your browser. Google also provides an Analytics opt-out browser add-on .
Security, scope, and changes
Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not submit passwords, credentials, regulated data, or information you are not authorized to share.
This notice may change when the site, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top will be updated when material revisions are published.
